The Philippine Bible Seminary (PBS) is a non-profit Christian Bible Theological educational institution and was founded by American Christian missionaries, Mr. & Mrs. Norval & Dondena Campbell from Ohio, United States in 1958. At present, the mission is being continued by their children, spearheaded by Philip Campbell together with his son, Wes Campbell and other faithful and generous brethren in America and other parts of the world.

The goal of the School in all levels is to prepare the students for proficiency in the knowledge of God’s Word and in Christian character. These must go together. Christian knowledge without Christian character is hypocrisy and Christian character without commendable knowledge of God’s Word is ineffective.

Seminary study is intended to train and to equip young people, men as well as women in the knowledge of the Bible and teach them how to live a useful Christian life and to be able to serve God and man. It is a training haven for Filipinos particularly people of  Ilocos region to study the Bible and prepare them to become Christian Leaders, Preachers, Evangelists or Ministers.

PBS exists to prepare and provide a Bible-centered education, promote Christian faith and character to every individual, and to produce humble dynamic disciple-makers for every nations.

PBS exists in harmony with the encouragement of Apostle Paul from 2 Timothy 2:2 “and the things which you have heard from me… these entrust to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also…” and with the challenge of Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:19, “Go, therefore and make disciples of all nations…”

To become the center of Christian education in pursuing the New Testament Church teachings of  LOVE, UNITY, UNDERSTANDING and HUMILITY in the Philippines specially in the Ilocos region.
